Sarah Holbrook
Sarah Is a certified Singing bowl Massage therapist, sound therapist and Reiki Master. She is a native of Scotland, now living in Virginia USA. Her passion for helping people started many years ago when she went to college to study Health and fitness. She earned her Diploma and went on to become a PT and fitness coach. Sarah was born with natural healing abilities, as was her mother and grandmother. A few years ago she decided to use these abilities to help others.
At this time she met a Monk from Nepal and began her journey with singing bowls.
Sound bath with bowls
Imagine being immersed in beautiful sounds that are healing to your mind, body and soul....
Sound bath is a 45 minute treatment that allows your body to find its natural balance while creating space for insights. People often find resolution for emotional issues and a sense of coming home to themselves.
Singing bowl massage with Reiki.
This treatment will help you physically, mentally and spiritually.
This is a 75 minute treatment working on the physical, mental and spiritual body. Using bowls on and around the body. The treatment is brought to an end using Reiki energy healing.
Workshops.
Learn to how to play, meditate and heal with singing bowls
Learn how to play the bowls for sound and meditation. Introduction to the history and lineage of the sacred singing bowls and how thay are made, see bowls available and learn techniques for rubbing and striking.
